I'm back at work tomorrow. Fun. Not that I don't like it or anything, I do, especially with lots of changes which seem to be in store (re-structuring of my unit and a possible secondment to another unit). But I really like being on holidays.

We haven't even come close to finishing unpacking everything in our new house, but we've done a little more each day, and had time to write a little, surf the net and catch up with some other journals, drink a lot of tea, sleep enough, and make love. All of which seem to get neglected a bit when we're spending about 11+ hours a day, 5 days a week either at work, getting ready for work, or travelling between work and home.

We've actually recently given up most caffiene (and all alcohol) in order to be as well prepared for our conception efforts in 3ish months time as possible. So the tea has been naturally low caffiene tea (and lower, by pouring some boiling water over the teabag first, tipping that out and then making the tea, because caffiene is water soluble so you get rid of a lot of it that way), and any coffee has also been decaf.

We're also trying to eat better, and to eat more organic food. I'm also thinking of going back to being vego except for organic/biodynamic meat, which isn't really vego at all, but just means eating vegetarian options when we're out. And I've definitely cut out all non-organic chicken, since I really don't think I need all those extra growth hormones at the moment.

Well, I started out today's entry with the intention of writing a 'happy list' a list of things that make me happy, or that might be things I can do to make myself happy when I'm feeling down. I shall put it on a separate page, so that I can add to it (or subtract from it I suppose) anytime. Take a look.
